Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in a healthcare field plus appropriate license and designations. Minimum 3 years within the past 5 years in a similar leadership role in an organization of similar size, complexity and diversity (healthcare experience required). Demonstrated ability to establish and manage interpersonal relationships. Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and decision making skills. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Demonstrated ability to manage change. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within an organization and within a unionized sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant healthcare field. Previous leadership or clinical experience within an Ophthalmology setting. Recent (within past 5 years) leadership or clinical experience within an ambulatory care clinic setting.
