Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate in Nursing. Current CARNA registration. Current BCLS-HCP.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in an acute care specialty (L&D, NICU, ICU, ER, OR). Minimum 1 year Unit Manager experience required. Strong computer skills. Demonstrated change management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic clinical and team environment with multiple competing priorities. Demonstrated interpersonal effectiveness and staff development skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Healthcare, Business or Leadership. Ability to use RMS, CPN, MSN and RLS. Current NRP and FHS certification preferred. Urban acute care L&D experience preferred. Other clinical and/ or leadership experience may be considered.
