Current CARNA registration, BCLS-HCP Certification. A minimum of 5 years Emergency Nursing experience. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing. A combination of experience and education may be considered. Candidate must have the ability to manage a heavy workload and work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Must have the ability to function as a team member. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, VAX, EDIS, ESP, e-People. The successful applicant will have a positive and enthusiastic attitude with a proven record of demonstrating skills in leadership, developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships and team building. Organizational, analytical judgment, change management and decision-making skills; effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience and Management experience. Exposure to community care options and discharge planning. Preference will be given to candidates with formal experience in leading quality improvement projects and/or formal PROSCI, lean, or ADKAR training
