Required Qualifications:

Active CARNA Registration is required. 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience are required. BCLS-HCP required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities, coaching and teaching staff. Strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate, inspire and build confidence in others to achieve common goals. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influence skills, patient-focused care and commitment to providing quality services. Demonstrated effective conflict resolution and change management skills. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Ability to integrate and apply clinical excellence in the day-to-day operations of the department. Must be able to travel to units within the portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications:

C Neph (C) is an asset. Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing Preferred. 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
