Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a health related field (i.e. Nursing or Social Work). Active or eligible for registration with the applicable college or licensing body in Alberta. Minimum 3 years mental health experience in an acute care setting within the last 5 years. Current Heart and Stroke Foundation BLS Level C - Health Care Provider.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Nursing or Social Work. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in a healthcare organization of significant size and complexity. Quality Improvement certification (AHS AIW). Change Management certification (AHS PROSCI). Brain Story Certification. Knowledge of Service Sector systems (Child & Family Services, FSCD, and Education). Experience in leading/supporting quality improvement projects. Completion of leadership development course.
