Degree Required. Registration with a professional college. Demonstrated information leadership competencies. Knowledge and skills in clinical supervision. Minimum of 5 years in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Cardiology strongly preferred Experience with patient family centered care preferred Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills Facilitation in change management Payroll, rotation and scheduling experience preferred. Human resource management experience preferred.
