Required Qualifications:

Current CARNA Registration. Bachelor of Nursing Degree. Minimum 5 years Critical Care or Emergency Experience with demonstrated clinical expertise.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership and competency in leading self, engaging others, achieving results, building relationships/coalitions and championing system change. Evidence of excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and written). Excellent analytical, organizational, planning, coaching, evaluating skills. Ability to work collaboratively with frontline department staff, patients and families, and other internal and external stakeholders and leaders. Excellent conflict management and resolution skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Masters in Nursing. 1 year formal management experience. Pediatric experience. Transport experience. Experience with Human Resource systems.
