Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in the last two years working within a Long Term Care environment is required. Knowledge and understanding and comfort working with Meditech is required. Knowledge and understanding working with Kronos ESP and staff scheduling is required. Excellent interpersonal communication both written and verbal is required. Excellent skill and comfort working within a fast paced multidisciplinary team with the older adult population is required. Desire and motivation to engage in quality improvement initiatives is required. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple demands is required. Time management is essential.
