Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary diploma in a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience with Alberta Health Services. Experience facilitating, instructing, precepting and or teaching. Working knowledge of organizational/clinical workflows and practice. Demonstrated ability to learn new material and adapt to changes. Experience with health care technology and the ability to master new software programs. Proven leadership and problem solving abilities. Experience working successfully in both collaborative and independent work settings. Experience promoting change processes in a positive, effective manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of Prosci change management training. Demonstrated ability to think systematically, improve quality, realize improved outcomes and engage others in same. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching, teaching and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated experience in planning, communication, facilitation and coordination of multiple projects/operational work packages. Experience credentialing in CC training tracks.
