Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary diploma in a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience in continuing care or related applications. Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in clinical systems such as Meditech, Pathways, HomeFirst, and Pixalere. Experience in educational material development and training delivery. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision-making, coaching and teaching. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with a significant degree of independence. Highly developed organizational skills, critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities. Proven ability to prioritize and organize workload and multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other software such as MS Access, Visio, Adobe Writer and Adobe Captivate. Experience related to the implementation and support of software solutions. Effective change agent with change management training or experience.
