Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years’ experience working with children with disabilities in a therapeutic setting. Demonstrated knowledge of child development. Ability to do heavy lifting (greater than 50 pounds) on a daily basis. Demonstrated ability to transfer/lift children of varying ages and sizes. Knowledge and experience in MSK and neurological conditions, rehabilitative service, and transition support. Knowledge of community resources. BLS-HCP certification.
