Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary education in a related trade or technology program.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Trade Certification or post-secondary Technical Diploma in a related field: HVAC/R Technician, BEST certificate, Electrical, Refrigeration. Must have a minimum of (5) five years’ experience in HVAC / BMS controls and building maintenance preferably in a hospital setting. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of indoor air quality, HVAC system troubleshooting and ability to review drawings and specifications. Knowledge of energy management strategies and digital control systems is required. Excellent problem solving skills required to successfully analyze and resolve system related problems. Must be able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong preference for knowledge of Delta Control systems and networks.
