Required Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma or certificate required. Active registration in good standing with CLPNA. Minimum of 5 years of LPN experience, preferably in Acute Care or Seniors Health environments.

Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leader role. Performance management and supervisory skills and experience is an asset. Ability to problem solve, prioritize and organize work effectively with minimum supervision. Familiar with computer applications. Effective communication and mentoring skills in a team environment. Knowledge of nursing standards and practice. Ability to actively participate in collaborative approached in meeting clients' health needs.
