Required Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in a health profession with current registration with the applicable health professional regulatory body. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a direct healthcare provider.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years in a management role in healthcare, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Working knowledge of the health care system is required. Ability to actively listen to patients, staff and physicians to gain understanding and represent their views.


Preferred Qualifications:

Baccalaureate of Nursing Degree preferred. Primary Care experience is an asset. An understanding of population demographics, health home, health economics, and social determinants of health and needs analysis processes would be considered an asset. Experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
