Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or in business. Five years’ experience in senior’s health/continuing care sector. Three years’ experience in a management role. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the applicable professional body. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle in good repair for work-related travel.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in Strategic planning, project management, change management, and process improvement. Leadership skills, including ability and comfort with decision-making responsibilities. Ability to create innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues. Ability to establish, foster and maintain effective working partnerships Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook. Management experience in a large and complex environment. Clear pattern of professional and personal development.


Preferred Qualifications:

Related experience may be considered. Case Management education. Experience with RAI – HC and RAI 2.0 Experience interpreting client care records or hospital documentation. Experience interpreting Continuing Care Health Service Standards (CCHSS). Compliance audit, internal or external audit, or other monitoring activities. Knowledge of Alberta Improvement Way (AIW) processes.
