Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized professional health related program at the Baccalaureate level is required. Knowledge of workflow and business process analysis methodologies is essential. Minimum (5) years related health care experience which includes management or team lead experience. Candidates must have proven strategic planning and project management skills (informal or formal).

Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Expert level knowledge of site surgical services environment and clinical business processes is an asset. Knowledge of change management or transition planning is preferred.
