Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Experience in health care procurement and shipping/receiving processes.
Additional Required Qualifications:Five years’ experience with progressively increased responsibility in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Advanced computer experience including strong technical knowledge of MS Office (Excel including complex spread sheet management, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook). Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, concise and accurate information in response to complex inquiries. Strong process analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate communications skills that promote respect and a positive team environment in a highly demanding environment. Must demonstrate flexibility in order to accommodate competing and changing workload demands. Demonstrates advanced problem solving skills integrating critical thinking and good judgment. Demonstration of a clear pattern of personal and professional growth and development. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Competence in RAH computer system - VAX is preferred. Healthcare experience particularly in an OR setting is an asset.
