Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Experience in health care procurement and shipping/receiving processes.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Grade 12 Diploma plus completion of a post-secondary education/ business program from a recognized institute (combination of experience and education will be considered). Five years experience with progressively increased responsibility in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Advanced computer experience including strong technical knowledge of MS Office (Excel including complex spread sheet management, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook). Experience in shipping receiving and material handing. Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, concise and accurate information in response to complex inquiries. Strong process analysis, problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate communications skills that promote respect and a positive team environment in a highly demanding environment. Must demonstrate flexibility in order to accommodate competing and changing workload demands. Demonstrates advanced problem solving skills integrating critical thinking and good judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstration of a clear pattern of personal and professional growth and development. Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Competence in RAH computer system – VAX. Healthcare experience particularly in an OR setting is an asset.
