Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within an organization and ideally managing within a unionized sector. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective conflict resolution skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required. Minimum 5 years of clinical health experience (current Continuing Care preferred) and a minimum of 1 year working in a management/leadership capacity. Annual active registration with CARNA and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification are required. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is required.

Preferred Qualifications:An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
