Required Qualifications:

A High School Diploma, supplemented with post secondary management/supervisory courses from an accredited institution are required. Two years of experience in a leadership role. Proficient use of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and the internet is required. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with strong written and oral communication skills, are essential. All new employees will be required to attend a 4-day Environmental Services Orientation and a 1- day AHS Orientation.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Two (2) years supervisory experience in a large institution; preferably in a healthcare setting. Demonstrated knowledge of Environmental Services, Infection Control and Workplace Health & Safety are preferred. Customer service experience, the ability to facilitate to large groups. Ability to organize department meetings would be an asset.
