Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Must be capable of pushing and pulling heavy wheeled carts up to and occasionally exceeding 275 Kgs. Must be capable of walking and or standing for long periods of time. Must regularly use hand and arms to reach, lift, and carry heavy items up to 25 kg.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Able to write, read and speak English fluently. Certification in TDG and WHMIS. Experience with Microsoft operating system and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to report to work with varying notice to cover planned and unplanned absences for Days, Evenings, and/or Night shifts. Attention to detail and ability to work with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse shipping/receiving and material handling. Ability to occasionally move pallets with manual pump truck to move heavy pallets, sometimes exceeding 1200kg requiring a push force of 20kg. Able to communicate with all levels of staff, vendors and customers. Knowledge and understanding of aseptic techniques.
