Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Speech Language Pathology. Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations from a Family-Centered Care perspective. 3-5 years of clinical SLP experience with Children and Adolescents (and their families) who have complex Mental Health issues with associated cognitive, behavioural and developmental concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

Group experience preferred. Brain Story Certification preferred. School-based experience preferred. Facing Your Fears training preferred. Knowledge in DSM-V diagnosis preferred. Connect Attachment model training preferred. Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder assessment preferred. Experience working with Neurodevelopmental disorders preferred. Experience providing expert clinical SLP consultation to professionals preferred. Good working knowledge of community resources for clients and families
