Required Qualifications:

Completion of advanced certification in adult education or change management. A minimum of one to three years' experience in Human Resources, Training, Change Management, Marketing or Communications, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Software: Microsoft: Word, Visio (or other mapping software), PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of a related bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or Marketing. Software: Microsoft: SharePoint, Publisher. Adobe: Captivate (or equivalent e-Learning software), Acrobat Pro. Survey software (e.g. Select Survey).
