Required Qualifications:

Completion of master's degree in Social Work. (equivalent education or experience may be considered). Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years clinical experience providing mental health assessment and treatment to an adolescent population. Experience providing trauma-informed care. Experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Experience with the RNR model for assessment and treatment. Experience completing comprehensive psychosocial assessments. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage changing priorities and work demands. Demonstrated ability and experience working collaboratively with other community services, stakeholders and partners. Ability to foster a participative and collaborative work environment, within a multi-disciplinary team. NVCI training.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical experience with the forensic adolescent population is preferred. Experience administering forensic risk assessment tools is preferred.
