Required Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse with current active registration with CARNA. Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven clinical and leadership skills. Evidence of initiative, flexibility, strong organizational skills and creativity. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients/families, physicians, and external community stakeholders. Evidence of strong commitment to excellence in patient care. Ability to function effectively in a dynamic work environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with acute, emergency, obstetrics and surgical services preferred but a combination of education and experience will be considered.
