Required Qualifications:

Professional Engineer preferably in either mechanical or electrical discipline or, 1st Class Power Engineer or, Building trade Journeyman certification or, Certified Facility Manager (CFM designation) In conjunction with the above qualifications the incumbent must have a minimum of 5 years in a management/leadership capacity in hospitals, institutions or industrial sites of significant size, complexity and diversity A combination of related leadership/management experience (minimum 10years) and other applicable certifications/training may be considered as an alternative to the above required qualifications, contingent on review

Communication and Team based leadership skills are a critical requirement of the incumbent to be successful in the role. Incumbents with previous communication and leadership training will be given stronger consideration.
