Required Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor's degree in a health sciences discipline with a minimum of five (5) years clinical experience. Current registration with an appropriate professional body (e.g. CARTA, CARNA, etc.). Training: Some formal training in simulation education. Some training in the design and delivery of adult education. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience with simulation education. Some experience in the delivery of clinical education. Recent clinical experience. Competencies: A team player with strong communication, relational, coaching, and organizational/program evaluation skills. Computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Progressive leadership, team building, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills and abilities. Client or customer management skills.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must be willing to travel throughout the zone as needed. Must be physically able to lift and move simulators and associated equipment (> 50Lbs).

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Graduate degree. Training: Certification in simulation (i.e., CHSE) and PALS. Experience: Pediatric/neonatal clinical experience. Experience with research/publications, QI/safety projects, program development, working with site leadership. Competencies: Understanding of simulation challenges (clinical, operational, technological). Knowledge of change management, principles/theories of adult education, simulation modalities, clinical applications, project management processes/tools.
