Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent. 5 - 7 years of medium to large scale web application development experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience with enterprise class Content Management Systems such as OpenText Red Dot, Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2016. At least 5 years’ experience in leading medium to large web application/software development project. Extensive programming experience with ASP .NET, C#, VB.Net, and client web development and responsive design (XML, XSL, XSLT, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery/JSON, AJAX). Possess strong MS platform knowledge and skills including MSMQ, Web Services. Proficient working knowledge with Microsoft Team Foundation Server. Complete all phases of Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC). Experience with enterprise web analytics tools. Strong understanding of current web technology. In-depth knowledge in responsive design and web front-end development. Experienced working with vendors and contractors on technical issues. Excellent consulting & negotiation skills, and the ability to influence others.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong problem solving skills. Self-motivated and works with little supervision. Work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Able to communicate clearly with business users and project manager. Innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces. Create user guides/documentation.


Preferred Qualifications:

Development experience in mobile app (iOS, Android) considered asset. Application development experience in Tomcat/Java environment is a definite asset. Large scale project management experience and PMP designation considered asset. Certified in ITIL preferred.
