Maximum Salary: $59.20

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare field. Active registration and practice permit from appropriate College. Minimum of 5 years of recent diverse (acute / community) clinical and/or managerial healthcare experience. Strong experience in project management, process improvement, change management and evaluation tools. Ability to research, monitor, and analyze data for use in decision-making and recommendations. Experience and skills in group facilitation techniques. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team building skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Proficiency with computer skills in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Visio experience is an asset.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Flexibility and the ability to adjust to changing environments, expectations and competing priorities. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and facilitate change utilizing change management methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in clinical field, business, or healthcare administration is preferred but relevant experience will be considered. Experience with Meditech and Netcare is an asset.
