Baccalaureate degree in a health care discipline is required. Recent experience managing projects or leading initiatives is required. In-depth knowledge at the expert level of the theory and application of patient safety and quality improvement principles, reviews, processes, and tools is required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities. Experience and ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities at the same time. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree is preferred.
