Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in a health care discipline is required, a Master’s degree is preferred. Recent experience managing projects or leading initiatives is required. In-depth knowledge at the expert level of the theory and application of patient safety principles, reviews, processes, and tools is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation abilities. Experience and ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities at the same time. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Process Improvement or Quality Improvement experience and/or training an asset. A combination of clinical experience and education will be considered.
