Required Qualifications:

A graduate degree in health care management, business administration or a related health care field is required. A minimum of 5 years of progressive, leadership experience in a healthcare environment, working within a complex, public sector organization of significant size, complexity, or diversity is required. A combination of experience and education will be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

The incumbent will demonstrate a clear pattern of professional and personal development including progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment. Demonstrated ability to lead an interdisciplinary team, including collaborative work with physicians.


Preferred Qualifications:

Recent clinical practice in acute or long term care settings, and, as applicable, active licensure with a relevant regulatory body (e.g. CARNA, ACMLT) are preferred. Membership with IPAC-Canada is an asset.
