Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in health related area, and/or business required. 5-8 years progressive experience in health care and/or project management, administrative, and/or clinical role, preferably within a health field. Successful leadership experience in project planning, execution and reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Experience and knowledge base of the emerging adult population and best practices applicable to support and service delivery to individuals with emerging adult mental health issues; understanding of operations across the continuum of mental health services. Team leadership skills including demonstrated ability to inspire and build confidence in others; and comfort with coaching, teaching, and communication/concern resolution. Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Use of quantitative and qualitative social science research skills is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a health related area and/or business preferred. A combination of related experience and education may be considered. Performance improvement, system design or project management certification would be an asset. Knowledge of knowledge management, quality improvement, change management and engagement techniques would be an asset. Equivalencies will be considered.
