Required Qualifications:

Master’s or research-based degree in a health related and/or business area, or other equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years’ progressive experience in project management, along with clinical or administrative experience in a healthcare environment of significant size, complexity and diversity required. Equivalencies will be considered. In addition, the position will demonstrate skills/accomplishments in the following areas: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Risks and issues management. Change management. Expert facilitation and consensus building. Health systems knowledge. Team building. Evidence-informed decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of MS Office suite (including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience working with MS SharePoint is an asset. Formal training in project management methodologies (PMP designation is an asset). Experience and/or training in process improvement or health services planning is considered an asset.
