Required Qualifications:

A post-secondary degree in information technology, business or a related discipline or equivalent. Completion of a project management designation (e.g. Project Management Professional). Minimum 7 years of project management experience in a large and complex environment. Comprehensive/thorough knowledge of project management principles, PMO tools and methodologies, and project governance concepts. Extensive experience leading large sized project teams.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical background/ degree in health field. Change management certification. Experience working in a complex matrixed organization. Healthcare knowledge and experience preferred. Expertise with MS Project, MS Office suite and Visio. Experience teaching, coaching and/or leading others. Experience developing learning resources, tools and templates.
