Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in health administration, leadership, organizational behavior or other health related field (preferred). Bachelor’s degree plus completion of a project management designation.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal, coaching, consultation and negotiation skills. Deep knowledge of project management principles, PMO tools and methodologies, and project governance concepts. Extensive experience leading large sized project teams. 3 - 5 years project management experience leading large projects. 3 - 5 years working in a healthcare organization. 2 - 3 years working in process improvement. 2 - 3 years’ experience leading change. Expertise with MS Project and MS Office suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading large, complex change management projects. Experience managing multi-departmental/facility and provincial projects. Strategic and organizational leadership skills.
