Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a postgraduate degree in a related field healthcare profession, business or education. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. 5-10 years of varied professional experience which includes at least 2 years of leadership experience in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience initiating and fostering positive relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Experience in resource management including planning and budgetary accountability. Demonstrated success in managing projects, programs and people. Demonstrated knowledge in project management and change management methodologies. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development. Demonstrates critical thinking, interprets organization/external industry challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes or services. Ability to work independently with guidance in only the most complex situations. Proven abilities in complex problem solving, concerns resolution, investigation, and negotiation. Ability to think strategically, taking into account short/long-term goals assessing options and implications. Expertise with MS Project, MS Office suite, and Visio.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines. Successful leadership experience in project management including project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Experience implementing clinical information systems, or virtual health care supports, and supporting adoption and integration into care delivery. Experience with developing evaluation and measurement frameworks, (including benefits realization strategies), and designing reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge in research methodologies. Effective communicator with positive influential skills that support an orientation to patient and family-centered care and commitment to providing quality services. Experience in the participation of senior level planning, research projects or teams, project analysis, outcomes, report development and dissemination of results. Knowledge/experience in application of business planning, modelling concepts, program/project management theories, principles and practices. Deep knowledge of project management principles, project management tools and methodologies, and project governance concepts. Experience leading large sized project teams. Experience working in a complex matrix organization. Proven experience in managing projects, teams, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making, coaching and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Project Management systems and approaches. Experience in Digital Health, Informatics, Computer Science, Clinical Information System. Experience in establishing and working in public, private and third sector collaborations. Certification in PROSCI, Project Management Professional, Healthcare Project Management, Health Information Management Systems.
