A minimum of a Master’s degree with a Bachelor’s degree in a health related discipline and appropriate licenses and designation. A minimum of 10 years in a health care practice consultation, leadership or professional development role in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Experience and coursework in change management and project leadership. Strong interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills.
