Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a graduate degree in health care management, business administration or a related health care field. The incumbent will demonstrate a clear pattern of professional and personal development and have a proven track record of success in health leadership. In addition, the incumbent will possess a record of accomplishment in the following areas: Extensive experience in senior leadership of a large and diverse range of functions, preferably in a health care setting. Successful record of achievement as a leader, including considerable leadership experience at a senior management level. Ability to creatively manage diverse human, financial and physical resources within a complex environment. Demonstrated ability to forge partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within a large, diverse organization and managing within a collective agreement. Strategic planning. Effective organizational and change management skills. Establishing positive and mutually beneficial relationships with the community and industry. Fostering a climate of cooperation amongst, and building solid relationships with public agencies, government, boards, committees and other partners.
