The IPC Zone Senior Clinical Practice Coordinator (CPC) will have a minimum of ten years of varied health care experience with 5 years of IPC experience in combination with a baccalaureate degree in a health care related field. Obtained and maintained Certification in Infection Control (CIC). Experience in leading teams, initiatives, and education. Demonstrated a clear pattern of continued professional and personal development. Extensive knowledge of a broad range of clinical operations as well as the communication and adult education skills to support improvement by AHS stakeholders to meet and exceed IPC standards. The ability to lead (manage, coordinate) a diverse group of ICPs and promote collaboration, commitment, and trust within a strong team environment.
