Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, medical informatics or a health-related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in information management or analytics, knowledge management or project leadership in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in synthesizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a multidisciplinary multi-stakeholder provincial environment that includes operational and medical leaders, front line clinicians, quality improvement specialists, and patients/families.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in epidemiology, medical informatics, business Administration or health-related field. Experience in communication, facilitation and planning. Effective communicator with strong written and oral communication skill, including ability to develop/deliver presentations to convey complex/technical information to internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to think systematically and critically.
