Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in program evaluation, epidemiology, public health or health economics plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience undertaking evaluation in a health related field. A minimum of 3 years in a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of evaluation methodologies, approaches and analyses. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects that involved multiple stakeholders. Ability to design clear procedures for collecting, cleaning and reporting data. Ability to conduct comprehensive searches of literature (academic and non-academic) and strong critical appraisal skills. Proven ability to collaborate with administrators, researchers and planners. Strong ability to plan, organize and manage short and long term plans and projects and deliver customer-focused results. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Demonstrated ability to work well in a high-paced team setting and independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare experience an asset.
