Required Qualifications:

Masters level of education with a strong quantitative component in a related field (e.g., community health sciences, health economics, business, biomedical statistics, epidemiology, quality assurance, data science or computer science) or several years of equivalent experience or clear demonstration of expert knowledge of key technical tools and concepts. Minimum five years’ experience working with spreadsheets, databases and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting and disseminating data. Knowledge and ability to conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses of healthcare utilization and health outcomes. Ability to learn and understand clinical issues. Ability and willingness to develop proficiency with SQL queries, R, R-Markdown, and Tableau required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in screening, cleaning, linking, creating, modifying, validating, and analyzing large datasets (over 10000 records) in a statistical or database-management software package. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams. Good understanding of machine learning, data architecture and data structures essential. Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
