Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or college diploma, preferably with a strong quantitative component in a related field (e.g. health economics, business, statistics, quality assurance, etc.) or several years of equivalent experience or clear demonstration of expert knowledge of key technical tools and concepts. 3-5 years’ experience in working with complex spreadsheets, databases, and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting, and disseminating data. Experience using EMR systems and Meditech as well as knowledge of clinical areas such as chronic diseases and clinical practice guidelines would be an asset. Demonstrated knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Access). Demonstrated experience with basic programming concepts (SQL) and mathematical skills. Good understanding of change management, project management and quality improvement activities. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Valid drivers’ license required for travel to physician clinics within South Zone.
