Required Qualifications:

Master’s-level education with a strong quantitative component in a related field, e.g., community health sciences, health economics, biomedical statistics, epidemiology, quality assurance, business or engineering, or several years of equivalent experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Equivalent of three years’ related experience in a healthcare environment, or evidence that similar experience gained in other technical environments could be applied to healthcare. Equivalent of five years experience working with spreadsheets, databases and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting and disseminating data. Equivalent of five years experience in the application of information technology, database design and information management. Strong English language communication skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle SQL or other comparable database query and report writing. Demonstrated ability to function within a large, complex organization.
