Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Adult Education, Integrated Studies, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field. Certification in Adult Education, Conflict Management and/or Coaching. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a field related of adult learning or process facilitation with at least 2 years’ experience in an organization of significant size and complexity, and 2 years working at the Senior Advisor level in a ‘generalist’ capacity.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Advanced adult learning, facilitation, consulting, coaching, and leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of principles of employee, leadership and team development. In-depth understanding in the use of evidence-based research in facilitating positive outcomes. Knowledge of change management processes. Able to work independently, be innovative and self-confident.


Preferred Qualifications:

Preference given to Master’s prepared in Adult Education or related field. Relevant certifications/designations: CHRP, CSTD, CACE, CCM, PROSCI, QMed, CMed, ACC, PCC or other related field to maintain currency and proficiency is preferred. Leadership experience is preferred.
