A minimum of a post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related area. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in a unionized environment, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in job evaluation and compensation. Developed coaching, communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. CPHR or other recognized designation is an asset. Completion of (or considerable progress towards) the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
