Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Healthcare, Education, Business or a related field. Experience working in complex, matrix environments with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated success engaging with external stakeholders to operationalize complex projects or programs. Ability to professionally represent the organization externally. Experience managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail under strict timelines. Previous experience planning and implementing complex training programs.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Healthcare, Education, Business or a related field. Training development and adult learning certification. Change Management certification. Additional, complimentary education and/or training.
