Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years working within a clinical trials environment; 5+ years is preferred. Comfortable working and communicating with physicians, nurses, and senior leadership, delivering difficult messages and working toward collaborative resolution. Experience coordinating project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation; and Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field. Experience leading staff and overseeing budgets. Experience writing business proposals, project charters and funding requests. Knowledge of and experience working with researchers and/or physicians. Proven ability to foster partnerships and achieve goals within a large, diverse organization. Demonstrated application of systems thinking, change management and leadership strategies.
