Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related discipline or a combination of relevant education and experience. A minimum of five years’ experience in human resources or workforce planning within an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Advanced data literacy (data interpretation, data quality management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data visualization, etc.) Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence decision-making through the synthesis and interpretation of data. Proficiency in Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel (pivot table, v-lookups, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in developing strong working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior leaders by presenting detailed plans, complex analyses, methods, and findings in business- and user-friendly language. Some project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of a strategic workforce planning certificate. Healthcare experience. Ability to engage in research in support of evidence-based workforce planning. Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and managing competing timelines. CPHR, PROSCI, PMP, or other related certifications to maintain currency and proficiency. Some familiarity/working knowledge in organization design. Master’s degree in business, economics, or related discipline.
